Mobility & Flexibility
The GCR100 offers increased production with the two deck pre-screen removing fines and damp product before reaching the jaw box. Fines can either be transferred by conveyor to the main product belt or stockpiled with a dedicated fines conveyor.
The GCR100/S offers extra flexibility with an attached 3.00m x 1250mm screen on the main conveyor belt, offering another two product sizes, making a total of three finished products.
The screen can be removed when not required. The GCV100 is the same size crusher but has a vibrating Grizzly feeder instead of the pre-screen.
The options available to this mid size crusher offers the contractor and quarry operator the opportunity to select the right configuration to meet their demands and product requirements.
