The REV GCS 125 is a heavy duty, high production mobile jaw crusher, with continuous and homogeneous feeding provided by the apron feeder and vibrating scalper, this feed system is particularly suitable for raw materials with high fine content or dampness.
The drive to the crusher is through a fluid coupling which absorbs the variable loading associated with crushing process. The hydrostatic transmission is powered by load-sensing pumps.
The drive system entails the use of ultrasound sensors integrated within the parameters of the diesel engine through the PLC, thus allowing optimized production and lower fuel consumption.
